Warranty
НИКО Технологии ООД, with its registered office at гр. Габрово, ул. Стара Планина 8б, provides a warranty in accordance with legal requirements and the company’s internal rules.
Warranty service consists of repair or replacement.
Warranty cover is provided as follows:
- Metal structures: 20 years (repair);
All repairs are carried out at НИКО Технологии ООД. The following original documents must be presented for warranty service: invoice and warranty certificate.
Warranty is NOT provided for:
- Defects caused by improper use or failure to follow the assembly, operation and maintenance instructions in the product’s technical manual;
- Loss of or damage to the tax invoice and warranty certificate;
- Defects caused by weather events, rust or causes unrelated to the nature of the product
The defects, their nature and causes will be assessed by the Supplier’s representative at the customer’s premises where the product was installed, within a maximum of 7 calendar days of the date on which the customer informed the Supplier of the product defect.
